Moss Carter

Moss Carter is an Orange County-based Residential Builder. A Southern California native, Moss intimately knows Orange County's many regions and it's distinctive housing styles. He has thirty-five years in the homebuilding industry with the most respected companies in the business.

Before it was sold to Philip Morris, Moss started with the newly formed Mission Viejo Company. He spent the next ten years developing the new community by building over six thousand homes. He then joined Broadmoor Homes where he directed the construction of Seaview in Newport Beach, Turtle Rock and Woodbridge in Irvine, as well as Peter's Landing in Huntington Beach and Yorba Linda Ranch. Recently, Moss also managed four projects totaling five hundred million dollars in gross sales for the Fortune 500 company Toll Brothers Inc. where he built semi-custom homes in Yorba Linda's Vista del Verde community. In addition to working for the best, he has had extensive custom home building experience. Moss has built homes in San Juan Capistrano's equestrian community, ten thousand square foot homes in Coto de Caza Estates as well as charming Victorian's in Belmont Shore.

He is committed to the integrity of a home's structure while not sacrificing on design and architectural appeal. His client's environmental values are also important; Per request a green LEED-certified Project Manager is available on a job-by-job basis. In addition to his broad construction knowledge, he has extensive experience in building permit authorization and holds established relationships with city department heads. Moss Carter works with Orange County's most talented architects, civil and structural engineers as well as a subcontractor base of skilled craftsmen who have proven tract records always coming in on time and on budget.

Jason Ring

Jason Ring is a local Southern California resident, raised in the home building industry. Jason's father is a successful custom home builder in the exclusive Central Oregon area. Jason has been working on custom homes since he was able to swing a hammer and has helped build nearly 100 Custom homes with his father. Since Jason's move to Southern California in 1992 Jason has worked with other custom builders as a project supervisor, building elaborate custom homes in Bel Aire, Venice and Beverly Hills.

Jason received his own license years ago and has been building his brand ever since while working in Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Turtle Rock in Irvine, Corona Del Mar, Costa Mesa and various other cities in Orange County. Jason graduated with high honors earning a bachelors degree in Business management.
